Assignments indefinite in length, but with no intent to offer the temporary worker permanent employment. |
| Temp-to-Hire |
An assignment that establishes a predetermined program designed to result in the permanent hire of the temporary employee. The temporary employee must meet specific requirements to achieve permanent employment with the client company. OnStaff USA develops a custom program for each employee and company, outlining the requirements suitable to that particular situation. |
| Contract Employee |
An assignment requiring specific skills and a set length of time, but with no intention to permanently hire the employee. Contract employees usually work a minimum three-month engagement and receive competitive pay and benefits comparable to the company's permanent employees. |
| Direct Hire |
Our applicant is hired directly onto the client's payroll. OnStaff USA conducts a very thorough search for the right person and receives an upfront fee based on the employee's annual salary. This option is most appropriate when a company needs skilled or semi-skilled workers. |
